Easy Invest Valuations provides software that generates indicative short-term-rental appraisals for UK properties from third-party data and modelled assumptions. Appraisals are estimates only and are provided “as is”.

Appraisals are paid for with credits purchased via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where an appraisal fails to generate, in which case the credit is automatically returned. Prices are shown at checkout and may include VAT.
You may generate appraisals for your own and your clients’ use, and apply your own branding. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on an appraisal. Short-term-rental income varies with seasonality, regulation, management and market conditions and is not guaranteed.
